Cadet Evaluation Program


About the Program

The purpose of the CLS Student Evaluation Program is to provide constructive feedback to students and fairly evaluate their performance from year to year.  The performance factors have been designed to measure Performance Factors are character traits identified by the United States Air Force as leadership essentials in order to succeed in the professional world. PAWG Cadet Leadership School has adopted these performance factors into its curriculum. At Cadet Leadership School, students will be rated on 25 separate performance factors using PAWG Form 52-3: Pennsylvania Wing Cadet Leadership School Performance Report. These 25 performance factors are grouped evenly into five performance categories, with five performance factors in each of the five performance categories. In each category cadets are rated on a scale from Unsatisfactory to Outstanding.  The performance categories are as follows:

  • Leadership Skills
  • Professional Qualities
  • Interpersonal Communication Skills
  • Judgment and Decisions
