Welcome to the website of the 2012 Pennsylvania Wing Encampment (ENC), Leadership Development Course (LDC), and the Northeast Region Cadet Leadership School - South (RCLS-S). Throughout the year over sixty senior and cadet staff members work hard to put together a rewarding summer program that tops the nation in training value and experience for our young cadets. These schools provide the foundations in teamwork, leadership, followership, and sound problem solving skills that serve as the basis of their experience as members of Civil Air Patrol and future members and leaders of our military and civilian communities.
This website should hopefully provide all the tools and answers you may need to apply, prepare, and stay informed with the planning and execution of next summer's schools. You'll find helpful information on requirements for applications and how to prepare for the various schools under the Student Resources to the left. You can also find media and yearbooks from previous years as well as keep track of new media and news updates posted during the week once the school starts.
