The members of the CLS Staff are regarded as some of the highest quality cadets in the Pennsylvania Wing.  They are hand selected by the members of the senior and cadet echelon staff based on their performance at previous PAWG schools and performance in the Cadet Program.  Staff members are trained by USAF Officer Candidates and senior cadet leaders in the principles of drill and ceremonies, customs and courtesies, and training techniques prescribed in the Air Force Officer Accession and Training Schools Training Manual (ATM).  These staff members are highly professional and highly motivated to educate the next generation of CAP leaders.
